Missing brother...

My brother, Cristian Dragomir, moved to Rambouillet in April this year after he got a job offer from EBP, a small local software company. After more than two months of silence (last time we spoke was in September) we got the very sad news of his mysterious death on December 19th. We don't have access to the police report, don't know the cause or the exact day of his death (he's been dead for some time when was found in his apartment) and the Romanian Embassy in Paris is less than helpful.
